Day 1: Kampala - Queen Elizabeth National Park & Evening Game Drive
07:00 AM: Depart Kampala and enjoy scenic landscapes along the way.
10:30 AM: Stop at the Equator for photos and a fun water-spinning demonstration.
01:00 PM: Arrive at your lodge, check in, and enjoy a delicious lunch.
03:30 PM – 06:30 PM: Embark on your first evening game drive. Explore savannahs, crater lakes, and forest edges, spotting elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and possibly lions. Capture the stunning African sunset.
07:00 PM: Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
06:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Early morning game drive in Ishasha sector. Look for tree-climbing lions, large herds of elephants, hippos, and a variety of birds. Morning hours are ideal for photography and wildlife observation.
10:30 AM – 01:00 PM: Return to the lodge for brunch and a short rest.
02:00 PM – 05:00 PM: Enjoy a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel, connecting Lake George and Lake Edward. Watch hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and countless waterbirds. Perfect for photography and relaxation.
05:30 PM – 07:00 PM: Relax at the lodge, enjoy sunset views, or experience cultural storytelling.
07:00 PM: Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kyambura Gorge & Return to Kampala
06:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Trek through Kyambura Gorge with an expert guide to find habituated chimpanzees and other primates. Learn about their behavior and the forest ecosystem.
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Return to the lodge for brunch, pack, and check out.
01:00 PM – 07:00 PM: Drive back to Kampala, stopping at scenic viewpoints for photos and refreshments. Arrive in Kampala by evening, concluding your safari adventure.
