Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe , Transfer to Kasese
Your adventure begins with a warm welcome at Entebbe International Airport or your hotel. Enjoy a scenic drive to Kasese, passing through beautiful countryside and rolling hills. Check into your comfortable lodge, relax, and prepare for the trek ahead.

Day 2: Nyakalengija Nyabitaba Hut
After a trek briefing and equipment check, start your journey into the lush montane forests of the Rwenzori Mountains. Experience the sights and sounds of tropical birds and monkeys along the trail. Arrive at Nyabitaba Hut, where dinner and overnight stay await.
Day 3: Nyabitaba John Matte Hut
Hike through dense bamboo forests and misty valleys. Cross small rivers and scenic bridges, soaking in the tranquil mountain environment. Overnight at John Matte Hut with views of surrounding peaks.
Day 4: John Matte Bujuku Hut
Traverse raised boardwalks across wetlands and the famous Bigo Bog. Enter the spectacular Bujuku Valley, surrounded by towering snowcapped peaks. A rewarding day of trekking with opportunities for photos and wildlife spotting.
Day 5: Bujuku – Elena Hut
Climb steadily into higher altitudes, approaching the glacial zones. The path offers panoramic views of alpine valleys and snow-tipped mountains. Prepare for the summit attempt the following day at Elena Hut.

Day 6: Summit Margherita Peak – Descend to Kitandara Hut
An early morning start takes you to Margherita Peak, the highest point of the Rwenzori Mountains. Marvel at glaciers, rugged ridges, and far-reaching views across Uganda and the DR Congo. Descend to Kitandara Hut for rest and recovery.
Day 7: Kitandara – Guy Yeoman Hut
Trek across rugged terrain, alpine valleys, and rocky ridges. Cross streams and small waterfalls while enjoying the crisp mountain air. End the day at Guy Yeoman Hut for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Guy Yeoman – Nyabitaba Hut
Descend through forests, rivers, and open valleys. Witness waterfalls and scenic landscapes while retracing your path through the lower alpine and montane zones. Overnight at Nyabitaba Hut.
Day 9: Nyabitaba Nyakalengija
Complete the trek by descending to the park gate. Celebrate your achievement with a trekking certificate before transferring back to Kasese for relaxation.
Day 10: Transfer to Entebbe Departure
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive back to Entebbe, concluding your Rwenzori adventure. Drop-off at the airport or your hotel.
