Depart Kampala early, traveling through Western Uganda’s scenic hills and villages.
Stop at the Equator line for photos and a demonstration of the Coriolis effect.
Arrive at Queen Elizabeth National Park and check into your lodge.
Enjoy an evening game drive to spot elephants, buffaloes, lions, and antelopes at sunset.

Begin with a morning game drive in Kasenyi Plains to see elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, and possibly leopards.
After breakfast, take an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, spotting hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and diverse birdlife.
En route to Bwindi, stop at the Crater Lakes region, a scenic area of volcanic lakes surrounded by hills and forests. Take short walks and enjoy panoramic views of lakes such as Lake Bunyaruguru.
Arrive in Bwindi in the evening and check into your lodge.

After an early morning briefing at Bwindi park headquarters, set out for gorilla trekking, which may take 2–6 hours depending on the gorillas’ location.
Observe a family of endangered mountain gorillas, watching their feeding, playing, and social interactions.
Receive a gorilla trekking certificate as a keepsake.
In the afternoon, visit a local Bwindi community, learning about daily life, traditional practices, and local crafts. You can support the community by purchasing handmade souvenirs.

After breakfast, begin the drive back to Kampala/Entebbe.
