On 15th December 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting Life For All Nursery and Primary School on an exciting and educational one-day safari to Murchison Falls National Park. The trip was carefully planned to combine learning, adventure, and safety for both pupils and teachers.
The group set off early at 4:00 am from Bweyale, arriving at Tangi Gate by 6:00 am. Upon arrival, the students and teachers exchanged vehicles into a 4x4 safari vehicle, suitable for the park’s terrain. This was followed by a comprehensive briefing by our experienced guides, covering park rules, safety guidelines, and the importance of wildlife conservation.
From 6:30 am to 10:00 am, the group enjoyed a morning game drive, giving students the opportunity to see wildlife in their natural habitat while learning directly from professional guides. The safari continued with a boat cruise along the Nile from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, offering incredible views of animals along the riverbanks and an up-close experience of the river ecosystem.
Lunch was served from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Paraa Safari Lodge, allowing time to relax and refresh before the afternoon activity. From 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm, the group took part in a guided hike to the Top of Murchison Falls, where they witnessed the power of the Nile as it forces through a narrow gorge.
At 5:00 pm, the group began their return journey to Bweyale, arriving at approximately 8:00 pm, bringing the safari to a successful close.
